MISSION
STATEMENT:People4acure seeks to educate and bring awareness, while keeping the following diseases at the forefront in finding a cure:
The inspiration for People4aCure came from witnessing the effects of
ALZHEIMER'S
first hand. Having lost my Aunt Beatrice in 2011, and my Aunt Lorene in 2018, I could see the damaging effect it was having on our family. Then with so many family and friends having dealt with losing a loved one, I decided it was time to make a difference.
Unfortunately we are not affected until it happens to a loved one or someone close. Not until we lose a family member or friend, that we wonder if there was more we could have done. Most of us are not doctors, or educated enough to notice any symptoms or warning signs.
People4aCure
is a simple/quick easy to use resource guide meant to educate while maintaining awareness, not just for
Alzheimer’s
but for
Breast Cancer,
Childhood Cancer,
Cystic Fibrosis,
Lung Cancer, and
AIDS UNITED. (More to come)
During our lifetime, we've all have been touched by one or more of these deadly diseases. It's life changing to say the least. Please join us in educating and spreading awareness.
